Changing your travel plans
We understand how frustrating it is when your travel plans have to change, and we apologise for any inconvenience the current industrial action may cause you.
Advance Tickets:
- If you’ve booked with us and your train is cancelled or rescheduled, you can get a free refund through the rail operator you booked with.
- If trains are still running on strike days but you choose to cancel your journey, you may have to pay an administration fee. Keep an eye out on our website for full details.
- Sometimes the system does not confirm whether your train journey has changed or not, don’t worry, contact our customer service and we will put you in touch with the correct people.
Flexible Tickets:
- If your train is unaffected by the strike but you change your plans, you can reschedule your journey or cancel it (but may have to pay an administration fee).
